This Privacy Statement explains how I, Terravia Ainley (also trading as Terri Ainley and use and protect any data you give to me when you use my website, and/or my services.

You have the right to ask me to change any information that I hold about you that is incorrect; ask me to delete information that I hold about you; restrict the ways I am processing your data; receive digital data in a usable format; and ask me to stop processing your data.

If you ask for your data to be deleted earlier than stated in my privacy policy, or ask me to restrict or stop processing your data, I will inform you if this may impact on my effectiveness in delivering counselling/therapy services to you.

I make every attempt to be compliant and vigilant about how I retain and use people’s information, but occasionally mistakes may happen. If I notice my business practices have breached my privacy policies/statements, and/or failed to comply with the GDPR, I will inform all affected parties as soon as possible.
