Paying for your sessions
All sessions cost £50
Please pay for each session within 24 hours of booking the appointment.
Your £50 session payment will be securely processed by PayPal.
Paying late-notice cancellation fees
The late-notice cancellation fee is £20
Please pay the late-notice cancellation fee within 24 hours of re-booking your appointment.
Your £20 late-notice cancellation fee will be securely processed by PayPal.
Terms of Business
Each session must be paid for in advance, no later than 24 hours after booking the appointment. If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, your appointment will be removed from the diary. You will be sent a text message or email (depending on your contact preference) advising you if your appointment has been cancelled due to none payment.
A £20 late-notice cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours before the time of the appointment (*see details below about how fees are applied in practice).
You will be liable to pay the full fee for the session if you fail to attend, and didn’t inform Terri before your appointment time that you wouldn’t be attending.
If you cancel an appointment and request a refund, a small admin charge (currently £2) will be deducted from your refund.
Sessions will start and finish at the appointed time. If you arrive late, Terri may agree to the session going ahead but the expected finish time of the session will not be extended. No refunds will be given for sessions that are shorter duration due to your late arrival.
If you repeatedly arrive late for sessions, make late payments, late cancellations or fail to attend sessions, Terri has the right to withdraw the offer of further sessions and terminate your contract.
For therapists to work safely and effectively with clients, the privacy of the work must be respected. Therefore clients must not attempt to record sessions using any device or app. If a client is found to have been covertly recording sessions, their contract will be terminated immediately and sessions discontinued.

If you need to reschedule a session i.e. cancel an appointment and book an alternative, you will not have to pay an admin charge for doing this. If you give more than 24 hours’ notice Terri will simply carry the full payment you made for the cancelled session to the new appointment. If you give less than 24 hours’ notice you will have to pay the £20 late-notice cancellation fee – after you have paid the late-notice cancellation fee Terri will carry the full payment you made for the cancelled session to the new appointment.
If you have paid for a session, and then cancel and do not want to rebook another appointment, you will require a refund – and a small admin charge (currently £2) will be deducted from your refund. Therefore, if you request a refund when cancelling a session with more than 24 hours’ notice, you will be refunded the full amount you paid minus the admin charge; if you give less than 24 hours’ notice, then both the late-notice cancellation fee and the admin charge will be deducted from the full amount you paid for the session.
